I had so much fun taking pictures for the Pollard family! Stephanie found out about me because I photographed her living room for an interior designer a few months ago. The Pollards recently moved into their new home and so they wanted updated family pictures and a few pictures at their new home. We also took pictures in their backyard which backs up to a creek and we had a blast wandering through the woods! Here's a few of my favorites from their session:
Marcus and Christy's winter wedding at the Cotton Room in Durham, NC was absolutely beautiful! It was my last wedding of the season and it was definitely a great way to end! Marcus and Christy are such a sweet couple and their love for one another and friendship is so evident! Their families were also wonderful and so warm and kind! Their vendors were also amazing and everything came together so gorgeously...I loved everything! The pastel blue/silver Christmas theme, the venue, the florals, and all the decorations!

I have been wanting to shoot at the American Tobacco Campus ever since Alex and I moved to NC! So I was ecstatic when Christy told me that her and Marcus wanted to take pictures there! I actually took engagement pictures from them a few months ago and they loved them but wanted to get more in cooler weather with different outfits and in a different location. I told them that I'm always up for an extra portrait session...I love engagement pictures! We ended up with a beautiful sunny day and I had so much fun walking around Durham with Christy and Marcus. They even went along with my idea to go to the top of a parking garage at sunset and I LOVE the Durham skyline pictures we ended up with! I can't wait for their wedding in a few weeks at the Cotton Room!
