Upcountry History Museum | Stephanie & Victor's Wedding | A Greenville, SC Wedding Photographer

I met Stephanie years ago on a summer project with Generation LINK. I so enjoyed getting to know Stephanie and I loved watching her grow in Christ that summer. So I was delighted when Stephanie contacted me about shooting her wedding day!

Stephanie's wedding day was one of the most laid back that I've shot. Stephanie and Victor chose to have a smaller wedding with no bridal party. The whole day was so relaxed and absolutely beautiful! Stephanie has a very classic, southern style and her wedding definitely reflected that! Victor is a Marine and so I also loved seeing how they incorporated the military into various parts of their wedding. A few of my favorite parts of the day were: Stephanie's prayers with her friends and with her mother/MIL (soooo sweet), Victor's dads toast and the honor he showed to the military in attendance and their significant others, the armadillo grooms cake (watch Steel Magnolias to get that one!), and the huge dance party during the reception!

Bald Rock | Megan & Miguel's Maternity Pictures | A Greenville, SC Family Photographer

It's hard to believe, but we actually took these pictures on the top of bald rock during the hurricane that hit South Carolina a few weeks ago! I told Megan and Miguel I really felt like there was going to be a break in the rain and that we could still do their pictures. It didn't rain most of the afternoon and then right when I got to Bald Rock, it started POURING! I got really worried that I brought Megan and Miguel all the way out to Bald Rock only for it to rain all afternoon and then as soon as we got out of the car, it stopped and stayed dry for our whole session! Thank goodness! We had so much fun and Megan and Miguel were super easy to photograph because they have such great chemistry together! Megan and Miguel are a wonderful couple and they have become great friends to me and Alex. We've gotten to know them at Crosspoint over the couple of years and we have been very blessed by their friendship and encouragement.

Downtown Greenville | Kristen Kern's Bridal Portraits | A Greenville, SC Wedding Photographer

I know I say this every time, but it really was SO hard to wait to share these bridal portraits with you. These are some of my favorite bridal portraits I've taken so far! Kristen was absolutely STUNNING and downtown Greenville is one of my favorite places in the world! Here's a few of my favorites (and I can't wait to share Kristen and Colin's wedding pictures with you soon!):

Bald Rock | Ronnie & Allison's Maternity Pictures | A Greenville, SC Photographer

I love this sweet family! I have known Ronnie and Allison for several years from Crosspoint Church and I've enjoyed watching them date, get married, and now have their first baby! Ronnie and Allison wanted maternity pictures together with the newest addition to their little family: their dog tiger! As we were discussing locations, I suggested Bald Rock (a spot I've been wanting to take pictures at for a while), and thankfully they were on board! We met up bright and early for a sunrise session and Bald Rock could not have been more perfect! It was a clear, sunny day and the view was simply breathtaking! I hope this will be the first of many sessions there! Ronnie and Allison, thank you so much for letting me capture this special time in your lives!
